Eva Deligiannis

Clinical Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Eva — a PACFA-registered clinical psychotherapist offering individual therapy for adults (18+). I help clients build awareness and overcome the barriers that prevent meaningful change.

I draw on extensive experience guiding individuals and groups through major life crossroads: career shifts, midlife transitions, elderhood, and serious health challenges. By integrating Western psychology and existential philosophy, I help clients craft a nuanced and meaningful therapeutic journey.

I believe psychotherapy is a deeply personal process that often begins with feelings of loss, confusion, or being stuck. Therapy is collaborative: together we create a safe space where curiosity, respect, and compassion allow us to explore relational patterns and personal history. In this space, I support clients in acknowledging and honouring their past, tending to their grief, and moving forward.

I work with a wide range of clients on issues including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, relational trauma, relationship skills, and boundary management. I specialise in working with highly sensitive people (HSPs), who are often deeply attuned to their surroundings and can become overwhelmed or emotionally drained. I have developed a tailored process to help HSPs improve self-awareness and self-care.

I am a registered clinical Gestalt psychotherapist and an accredited coach for Highly Sensitive People. I hold a master’s degree in Gestalt psychotherapy and additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, existential philosophy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, group dynamics, and myth and ritual.
